Year 3 are continuing to learn the Glockenspiels! It’s great to learn new notes and apply them to familiar songs. So far they have been learning G, A, B. 🎼🎶 #findingthelight #flourishingcommunities @stchris_trust pic.twitter.com/Z91TbjFbwY— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) March 23, 2025

Year 2 had a great trip to the farm this week. They visited a modern, robotic dairy where the cows independently milk themselves using a robotic milking machine. They also met some calves & fed them. They explored the farm machinery & sat in a tractor too. 🐄🚜 @stchris_trust pic.twitter.com/iixMgouggH— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) March 23, 2025

This week, Year 1 designed their monkey playgrounds in DT. They thought about how to make their structure free standing, how to join the different parts together to make it strong and, of course, what the monkeys would enjoy playing on! 😁 @stchris_trust #findingthelight pic.twitter.com/JzqtSkoCTu— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) March 23, 2025

This week in their ‘squiggle while you wiggle’ session, our Nursery children practised making anti-clockwise circles. They used scarves first to make large anti-clockwise circles in the air & then they drew anti-clockwise circles on a chalkboard. ✍🏻 pic.twitter.com/5RdRWe41rk— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) March 10, 2025
