Welcome to
St Sidwell's Church of England Primary and Nursery School
St. Sidwell’s CE Primary School and Nursery is a one-form entry Church of England Primary school, in the heart of Exeter. It caters for children from age 3 to age 11.
Year 3 developed their use of the grid method to support them in multiplying numbers together. They worked hard to make their presentation neat in their maths books as well as draw upon their times table facts. 🤩 #findingthelight #flourishingcommunities @stchris_trust— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) Jan 6, 2026

Today, Year 2 continued their geography learning. The children showed fantastic teamwork & listening skills as they argued why it matters where their food comes from. They were challenged to use different levels of vocabulary in their responses. #findingthelight @stchris_trust— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) Jan 6, 2026

KS2 had a great Christingle Service at St Matt’s this afternoon. There was beautiful singing, confident reading, thoughtful moments of prayer and we even had a life size Christingle and a flurry of snow! #findingthelight @stchris_trust pic.twitter.com/8bxjS2OL5R— St. Sidwell's C of E (@stsidwellsce) December 15, 2025
